Why pay for brunch when you can make it yourself? Toasted Ezekiel bread topped with chopped tomatoes with basil and olive oil, wilted spinach, fried egg, Gouda cheese, Greek yogurt, parsley, salt and pepper. Our brunch yesterday made me want it again @mavienrosa!
